  1. Acne is a skin condition that is abnormal due to impaired production of oil glands (sebaceous glands) is excessive. And usually Acne usually can arise due to genetic factors derived parent, factors such as hormones at puberty stepping on young, stress etc. This site really helped me in providing information about foods to prevent acne.
